Fat Zebra have been advised of scheduled maintenance taking place on one of our switching partners' ends (Fiserv), on Monday the 9th of December between 00:00 and 04:00 AEDT. While all efforts are being taken to route transactions via an alternative path there is a chance that this maintenance window may impact merchants switching via this partner.
Merchants switching via xTP may experience four periods of intermittent outages between 00:00 and 04:00 AEDT during this maintenance window. Any potential impact period will not be greater than 10 minutes. This may result in errored transactions with a response code of 91, 92, or 99.
