We have been advised of a system upgrade from one of our major upstream switching providers which will result in an outage window between 2am and 6am. Fat Zebra will use this outage to perform proactive database upgrades.
Due to the nature of the provider maintenance, and the upgrades we are planning during this period, we will be switching the Gateway into Maintenance mode until the operations are completed - this is to ensure that there are no transactions attempted during the change window which might end up in an unknown state.
We will maintain access to our Merchant Dashboard and Reseller Dashboard during this change, however there may be a 10-15 minute period as services restart where access may not be possible or will cause errors.
Scheduled jobs (batch processing, payment plans etc) run during this window will be suspended and executed once all services are back online.
Further updates will be provided as the maintenance commences.
We apologise in advance for the interruption this has on our merchants and their customers.
