As of Friday March 13th, Fat Zebra enacted our remote working policy in response to COVID-19.

Our team are working from home to do our part in keeping our employees and everyone in the community safe.

Resolved - There has been a delay in processing direct entries with a processing date of the 29/07/2020 for merchants using our T+3 NAB facility. The direct entry processing was delayed to this afternoon at 2:30pm AEST, as opposed to the normal time of 5pm AEST yesterday afternoon.

All affected direct entries have now been processed.
