Fat Zebra have been advised of scheduled maintenance taking place on an upstream switching partner's end, on Sunday the 29th of May between 02:30 and 06:30 AEST. This maintenance window will impact BNZ merchants switching via this partner.

Merchants switching via this partner may experience a period of intermittent outage between 02:30 and 06:30 AEST during this maintenance window. This may result in errored transactions with a response code of 91, 92, or 99.

Fat Zebra will be monitoring the services during this maintenance window to ensure that the impact to merchants is minimal. If merchants experience any difficulties following this maintenance window please contact support@fatzebra.com.au for assistance.
