Fat Zebra have been advised of scheduled maintenance taking place on an upstream switching partner's end, on Tuesday the 15th of November between 00:30 and 03:00 AEDT. While all efforts are being taken to route transactions via an alternative path there is a chance that this maintenance window may impact ANZ merchants switching via this partner.

Merchants switching via this partner may experience a period of intermittent outage between 00:30 and 03:00 AEDT during this maintenance window. This may result in errored transactions with a response code of 91, 92, or 99.

Please note, ANZ merchants switching via MIGs will not be affected by this maintenance window.

Fat Zebra will be monitoring the services during this maintenance window to ensure that the impact to merchants is minimal. If merchants experience any difficulties following this change window please contact support@fatzebra.com.au for assistance.
