This issue has now been resolved, and transactional data is now searchable via the Dashboards as per normal.

Update
Our engineers our continuing to work on a resolution to the Dashboard transaction search.
Transactional data in Merchant and Reseller Dashboard will be searchable for the last 3 months worth of data, gradually increasing to the last two years of data as we re-build our search index.
The system is on its way to being restored, which we expect will be completed in the next few days.

We are currently experiencing issues with searching for transactions within the Merchant and Reseller Dashboards. Our engineers are working on this issue and expect to have this resolved shortly.
